If everyone influences someone and leadership is influence, then the issue is not whether we lead, but what kind of leaders we are. This elective will enable participants to reflect on their leadership experiences in the light of particular models, encourage their personal growth in leadership and equip them for developing leadership in others.
Let’s develop our skills as storytellers as we open the Bible with children in schools and churches. We will find out what engages kids and how to use our voice, the space and some props. The power of a story will be experienced as we participate in and share what works!

Then, we’ll talk about how to put it together, including a simple method of extracting videos from youtube to use in your lessons.

She currently works at Oxley College as the assistant chaplain of the junior school as well as teaching year six. If there was only one ministry that I could do in the kids program the core ministry that I would choose would involve small groups. Whether in homes, or in the context of a larger group dividing, the small group is the hub for discipleship and growth. We’ll discuss vision, context and content.
